Thumbs up Troyer Pulleys

Well I put on the pulleys today its a simple install as long as you have a good impact gun, and the 3 jaw puller, I had a real problem with the harmonic balancer bolt, my impact gun would not take it out I had to get a friends 600 pound of torque gun to get it off! and the trimming of that "nipple" was cake,
and as for the perfomance aspect, I feel that the motor runs smoother turns up a lil faster I think is a great mod....

Hi FX4 Matt,

Glad to hear you got them in & like the mod - I'm a big fan of reducing parasitic losses like that. The engine will rev up quicker & pull rpms faster, just as you noticed, thanks to the reduction of those parasitic losses. That, along with the potential for mpg gains, is why we are such big fans of mods like E-fans & underdrive pulleys.

Have fun!
