My revision has just been updated for the predator, the question is since I had my truck dyno tuned using the predator and the old revision, will I lose all my settings when I download the new revision? Is there a way I can save the old settings first then download the new revision then reinstall the old settings?

Nope. If you already were tuned just leave it and move on. But if you want it re-tuned and really want the update because its "new" then go right ahead.
