I am running the stage 2 and I am very happy. I have yet to dyno the tune but the overall drivability difference is incredible!
I am using the 93 oct. performance tune.
Might change my gears and add JBA headers but it is great as is.
Good Luck

HI JWool,

I don;t know how many other responses you will get, but there are a LOT of people running our Stage 2 kit for these newer F-150's, and they all rave about it. Now a lot of them went Stag 1 first, and then upgraded to Stage 2, so that may reduce the number of responses, I'm just guessing.

the combination of all those mods really wakes that truck up, and helps to provide better fuel mileage at the same time - it's a real win-win scenario.

In fact, we did a test with our 2004 truck using our Stage 2 kit, and raced it against an identical truck that had a supercharger (I wont' say whose), and the different in 0-60 times was only 2-3 tenths of a second - meaning the supercharged truck was only a few tenths quicker to 60 mph, and it was NOT an issue of tire spin - we had far more tire spin off the line.

I won't try to tell you that our Stage 2 kit is going to turn your truck into some raving lunatic muscle machine capable of beating everything on the road, obviously that wouldn't even be close to the truth - however, you cannot get a better bang for the buck, as each of our Stage kits focuses precisely on the mods that get the best bang for the buck and work together best as a system - so when you install our Stage 2 kit, you can be assured that you are getting the best possible performance gains for the cost, and getting the very highest quality parts possible, backed by a company that has specialized in F-150 platform performance longer than anyone else.

Now of course, that is mostly sales-hype sounding stuff, I would imagine - the proof is in the pudding - so far, the person who has responded tells you that they are extremely happy - all we can tell you with certainty is that our Stage 2 kit gets you the best performance gains for that amount of money, and that your vehicle will feel far more lively and be much more fun to dive than it is right now, without compromising the durability of your new vehicle.

I hope that brief info helps, and please feel free to give us a call to go over any details - and yes, we can get it to you by Christmas, too, assuming you act rather quickly (if you are at that stage, I should say!)

Oh, one last thing - you can get more responses if you just use the SEARCH feature here, making proper use of it's search filters, to locate more posts that are already here from numerous people who have installed our Stage 2 kit and have raved about it - just FYI.

I also have the Stage 2 Kit on my 2004 F150 4x4 Lariat and I am also very happy with it. IMHO, if you are going to do the Stage 1 Kit the Stage 2 kit is a no brainer if you have the money.

I own a 2003 F-150 with a 4.6. Do you think I should go with a Stage 2 from Troyer or should I install a supercharger? I know for a fact the add-ons with the Stage 2 would produce a very nice running truck. Does anyone have any input on going with Stage 2 or a supercharger?

Thanks

I own a 2003 STX with 4.6. I have been throwing around the idea of getting either a supercharger or going with the Stage 2 from Troyer. Anyone have any suggestions?
