I've searched the forums for this code, and come up with nothing, but it was on the sticker on the passenger (silver box). Are the codes different for 06? I'ld like to write everything down, in case cough cough someone decides to get it for me as a gift cough cough.

as far as i know the code isnt always the same, there are different codes. but they are 3 letters and a number like ABC1

 

Yes, DDC0 IS indeed a valid code for your new F-150, so you did find it, excellent!

The codes ARE in act different in most cases, but don't worry - we've been tuning the 2006 F-150's for as long as they have been made, and we have every 2006 code that is in existence - so just give us a quick call & we'll be happy to make those arrangements with you, answer any questions, etc.
