Is your harley a super crew or extended cab?? I know that the harley's come stock from the dealership supercharged, but you can't forget about those lightnings man. They're made for speed, especially being a true single cab, and they are alot lighter. I know your truck must be nice, but I'd have to give it to the lightning on this one......

A stock Lightning? Does anyone have one of those?

It depends. What size lower are you running? If you had a 6lb lower and a good tune v/s a bone stock L, I think it would be a pretty close race.

i say the lightning would kill you off the line, it is so much lighter than you, but you wont know till you race one, alot has to do with driver skill also

I would venture to guess that the two trucks will be very closely matched, because your mods will be offsetting your extra weight. Driver skill has the most to do with it, as well as conditions, so it is not a straight answer. Anyone can lose on any given day.

Hi HDkidd11,

I've got some news from you that is different than some of what you have been told so far - and we *know*, as we actually modify these vehicles for a living, and I own a low 11-second Lightning that could easily get into the 10's it it weren't at absolutely full weight (5000 lb when I pull to the line & run 11.18's) .....

Your Harley truck would beat any stock Lightning with those mods and our custom tuning - period.

The only downside you have is 400 lb more weight, and 2 PSI less boost stock - and that is more than easily overcome with the mods you listed and our Troyer Performance tuning, no problem. We modify *all* F-150's, and have literally modified thousands of Lightnings & supercharged Harley's alone - and I can tell you from personal experience that you will not have any problem beating any truly stock Lighting with those mods, as long as you have traction coming off the line.

And I'm a Lightning owner, so I don't say that lightly.

If you'd like to go over this in further detail, and pick up those mods etc., we offer package deals for both the Harley & Lightning owner, as well as the Cobra owners and all other F-150 owners of any model - we make them *all* run much quicker, harder & faster.

Congrats on your 2002 Harley, & best of luck whatever you decide to do - but yes, you *can* take on stock Lightnings with that type of setup.
