What info does Troyer need?
During the initial call, Mike will quiz you on mods, maintenance, how you use your truck, condition and age of various components (02 sensors, cats and others). (hand me that drumstick. Thanks)
You will then receive a VERY comprehensive questionaire where you will go into great detail about those things and many more. It's not a test, so you don't have to study
It it this in-depth interview and questionaire that allows Mr. Mike to give you the BEST possible initial tune. Then you Datalog to help him dial it in.
You know you need it, give him a call

vin, computer code number, basic information about the vehicle, tires, transmission, axles, driving habits etc.
Pretty basic stuff, but its all laid out for you on the paperwork, so no need to post it all here.

Hi Fordworker,
Briefly, how the process works is very simple..........
We get into all of that when the customer actually places their order - when they call us to place their order, we take some info over the phone, and we also send out our CPW's (Custom Program Worksheets) for them to fill out & return to us that go over all of the modifications done to the vehicle (if any), it's exact configuration (2WD, 4WD, SuperCrew, etc.), a little bit of it's maintenance history, how you use the vehicle (towing, daily driver, drag racing, etc.), etc. - you know, just enough info so that we have a good idea what mods have been done to the vehicle, what kind of shape it's in and how use use the vehicle, so that we can deliver the most appropriate custom tuning for each individual vehicle.
So all of that is handled at the time each customer actually places their order, and is very easy - you won't need to be a mechanic or anything to be able to give us the info we need, so don't worry about it form that kind of aspect, it's really pretty simple & painless.
To go over any of this in more detail, just give us a quick call at our number listed below.
