Transmission Programing

My friend has a 2005 CLK55 AMG, we took it out and i absolutely loved how it held shifts, downshifted for braking, etc ...

AMG Speedshift™ with fingertip manual control AMG SpeedShift™ programming provides up to 35% faster gear changes, automatically downshifts during braking, prevents unwanted upshifting while cornering, and features torque converter lockup in all forward gears Fingertip manual mode allows direct-access shifting through forward gears via buttons on back of upper steering-wheel spokes (left button downshifts, right button upshifts) or via Touch Shift feature of shift lever, and will automatically intervene only to select 1st gear when the vehicle stops. In Standard and Comfort modes, the steering-wheel buttons operate the Touch Shift feature.
Is it possible to program something similiar for my truck [see sig] ?

I do also have the FT Seperator Plate installed.

No - that is not built into the vehicle to begin with, so it can't be added just by "tuning." That is very specific hardware & controls, not just a simple PCM flash to a vehicle that has no such design provisions. AMG has to work very closely and directly with Mercedes to incorporate such designs, that cannot be added casually to just any vehicle with an automatic transmission.
