Hi,
Ive got an 03 4.2L v6 f-150 with a SCT 4 bank 4 program chip from you a while back. It was tuned for the YAH2 ECU code with 4.56 gears and 35 inch tires. Problem is: In all modes, the 3-4 chift is very harsh under LIGHT throttle. Also the 91 towing mode is far more powerful than the 91 performance mode. THe 91 performance mode seems like stock and the towing is awsome, but the 3-4 shift sucks at light throttle. THe programs I have are 87 perf, 89 perf, 91 tow, and 91 perf. Ive checked the connector on the ECu and it seemed clean, so I am lost. For reference my real name is Robert Yarbrough and I live in Southern California.

Yes, I have a couple of thoughts - the first of which is that you were tuned almost a year ago, so I find it very odd that you would wait all this time with a problem as bad as you make it out to be and then put up post after post in not even 24 hours.
My other thought is that obviously this cannot be solved here - so please, do the common sense thing and call us at our number listed below for Tech Support and our staff will speak with you about this.
