xcal1 in CA

Getting ready to order xcal stage1 from troyer for 05 scab. I'm concerned about future smog test that maybe required in the future. What would I have to return to stock aside from programming to meet the CA emissions requirments. My main concern is the exshaust as this would be the most costly and time consuming to revert back. thanx

I think that everything that mike sells is 50 state street legal as far as exhuast goes. I dont think you would have a problem with emissions tests.

Hi rj,

Congratulations, you're about to be a LOT happier with your truck!

The intake & exhaust are of course CARB-certified, & even our custom tuning will not cause any codes to be thrown or cause the exhaust to not sniff clean.

The normal result from our Stage 1 package, or even just our tuning, is to have the emissions levels drop just a little bit - in a few vehicles we've seen them come down quite a bit, but for the most part, the emissions stay pretty close to the same to dropping a little bit, just to give you an idea.

Thanks for your order - now thew countdown to the UPS man bringing your various goodies begins, eh?
