As anyone who knows anything about how engine timing (spark advance) really works, especially in a computer-controlled vehicle, it is never one static figure - it constantly varies based on load, vehicle speed, engine rpm & throttle position, etc.
The manufacture is never going to release all of that info because it is highly proprietary information - they're not going to aid the competition by telling them exactly how much timing to use when.
The only way you are ever going to know just what that truck is doing in any given situation is to datalog it.
