Who can re-program a SCT Tuner?
I have a SCT 9100 Custom Micro Tuner that was programmed for my 1999 Explorer. Who is the best person to change the program on it to one for my 2003 Supercrew? I do have the cable that plugges into my computer so I would just need programs sent to me.
