Attn troyer

I sent you my xcal back on friday so it should be there like in a week or 2. Can you give me a call when you get it and let me know what the trade in price would be. If it will be cheaper for me to upgrade or to get it reprogrammed.

Thanks

Hi PG4x4,

First - just as a reminder - for those kinds of communications, please contact our staff by email or phone. Please remember that for any kind of communications regarding any transaction with Troyer Performance, that needs to be communicated privately, between the customer (you) and us, by calling or emailing our staff. Thanks very much for your understanding on that.

Next - I believe you wrecked (totaled) the vehicle we tuned, and so now have another vehicle. Thus you will need all new custom tuning for that different vehicle, and upgrading to the XCalibrator 2 does not get you any free tuning for a different vehicle - you would still have a fee for the new tunes for the different vehicle, and then the upgrade fee as well - so the cheapest way to get our custom tuning for your new vehicle would be to simply have us reprogram your existing XCalibrator. Just FYI -

Last - the upgrade program for the XCalibrator 2 has not started yet, that happens in about a month or so. As soon as the upgrade program launch date is set by the manufacturer, we will make that announcement here to let everyone know.

Talk to you soon!

Okay I'll have to think about what I'm gonna do with it. I may just sell it and that way who ever buys it wouldn't have to send it out to you cause it would allready be there. I have tried to email other times but never get any response so I just figured it was easier to do a thread.

Hi PG4,

Sorry about that - we're a bit backlogged in emails right now, our email load is extremely heavy so it's generally taking about 7-10 days to get an email back from us - that's one of many reasons why we say to just call us.

If you ever need to communicate with us but can't call during our normal working hours, remember that you can always just call us after hours & leave a voicemail with your name & number - and then we can call you back, if that will help!
