does it matter?

I was wondering if where you buy the Xcalibrator matters. I am going to purchase one and have seen different prices. I would like to go to Troyer to get it but they are more expensive than some other dealers. The question is, does the dealer you buy the tuner from have something to do with the tunes that you use or are they right from SCT?

The unit is only as good as the person that tunes it. Did you talk to Mike in person about the price? If not call him. Mike does the tunning. I have been using his tunes for 5 years. He's been great.

BTW Mike weres my tune? J/K

Thumbs up Right On EVO!

The Xcalibrator is the Xcalibrator wherever you buy it. Its only a piece of hardware to transport the tuning to your PCM. So the tuning you get installed in the Xcalibrator is only as good as who builds those tunes. NO one does better or equal to Mike Troyer. Period! Done deal! Go there, be happy!

Yep, you can get the Xcalibrator for as low as $325.00 but it’s just a piece of empty hardware. The magic is in the custom tunes that Troyer provides. Mike has been specializing in the F150 platform for 14 years and he knows what works.
Mike is the F150 “tune Maestro”
