Hi Mike,

I spoke with you a few weeks back regarding the cold weather problem with my rough idle at cold start.

I gained a lot of information from speaking to you that day, and it was overall a pleasure to speak to you.

I just wanted to let you know that within two days of our conversation, I received my e-mail update kit with the updated tunes.

I am VERY happy to report to you, (and the others here on this board), that since the update, ZERO (that's right count em) 0 times that it has happened since.

I am very pleased that the new update took care of this small problem with my custom tune.

I wanted to personally thank you for taking the time to speak with me regarding my problem, my truck, and getting those new tunes out to me so quickly.

Your customer service is bar none. Keep up the great work!
