Weird difference from 87 to 91 octane setting in Superchip Micro Tuner...

I have been running the 87 octane side for 6 months and switched back to the 91 octane setting today. I have a FTVB and FIPK. With the 87 octane, the shifts felt fast and really hard, but with the 91 octane the shifts are fast, but dont feel quite as hard. They are hard, but dont seem to jolt as bad at less than WOT as the 87 octane setting did. What do think would be the cuase of this?

Also, I know we have gone over this a few times, and I have played with the shift points/pressures.

How many RPM is safe for the motor. It seems that if the motor raps to 5500-5600 then shifts to second, second gear climbs faster than shifting at 5200-5400rpm. And second, what shift pressure do you recomend with the FTVB? 1 or 2 clicks softer than MAX, or between MIN and MAX...

Sorry for the repetative question, it was just something I knoticed today after I installed the 91 octane Tune.
