Hi pullhard,

ADS is a company that went out of business in March of last year. They're trying to make a comeback, but last time out they ended up not being able to give away their chips for $50 thru J.C. Whitney, that's how bad their products are, if that gives you any clue. They've never had anything decent for any Ford vehicles, their strongest product line was for GM; even that was pretty much a joke, as during their last couple of years, they literally couldn't give them away.

When they closed their doors last March in 2000, they disappeared overnight with no notice, warning, etc. to customers, etc., leaving many people holding the bag, so to speak. That isn't a company I'd ever do business with.
