Whenever you choose ups ground, you are choosing of at "least" 5 working days. Not to mention ups doesn't deliver on Saturday, so a good week and a half is expected. Boy are those some slow days waiting for the goodies, huh?

Generally, it should take only 3 working days once it's shipped to get to MS from us here in VA.
How long it takes for a UPS Ground shipment to reach any part of the country depends on where it is shipped from, and where it is shipped to, there are no absolutes, it strictly depends on where it's coming from and where it's going to. Some places it's only 1 day away, but if we have to ship it across the entire country, say from Virginia to California, that could take 5 working days by UPS Ground. For those in California or Oregon who order it via UPS Ground, we automatically ship it via UPS 3-day service, as we recently cut a deal that gives us almost as good a rate for 3-day as for UPS Ground service to the West Coast states from us, so even someone in California would get it in only 3 working days usually. There are a few places that it could take 4 working days currently, that's about the longest right now.
In your case, it should only be 3 working days from the time it actually ships.
If you'd like to get a UPS tracking#, etc., please just shoot us an email or give us a call with your full name, so we can look up your record & get you that number, if you like.
