i am considering ordering a superchip because i am unhappy with my jet module. i was wondering can you adjust the speed limiter with your chip and will i have to give you my mods like headers and a electronic shift improver to help with it all.

The top speed limiter is normally removed on most of these vehicles with the Superchip, and you'll definitely enjoy the Superchip far more than the Jet unit.

There are some types of mods that do require custom programming, things like changing the MAF (mas airflow meter), supercharging, nitrous, porrted cylinder heads, gear ratio changes on 1999 & newer trucks, etc.

Your headers don't usually *require* a custom program, that is generally only required if you pick up some detonation after installing them from a lean condition, and that doesn't happen often, about 15% of the time with these F-150's. But you can benefit from a custom program for the headers, we can get a few more ponies freed up if we do that for you.

The best thing to do would be to just give us a quick call, and let's go over exactly what you have done to your truck, and what you're gong to be doing, etc. and that way we can best advise you, if you'd like to go over the details up front.
