I have the SCT6600 custom superchip from Troyer. The instructions sent with my chip from Mike says, "If you do not clear the ECU after installation of the superchip, it can take 350-500 miles for the effects of the superchip to come in gradually, making it harder to feel it's effects."

To clear the ECU, disconnect the battery then turn ignition to the "on" position for a full 5 minutes. This will drain your all voltage and clear any programs - reconnect battery and restart the truck to get a "fresh" load from the chip. You should feel the difference then.
