New here, but not to cars...Question about programming the EEC.

I just came over from the Corral.net, since no longer own my Stang.
I traded it in on a 1997 F150 SC 4x4 w/4.6L SOHC.
For those of you who don't know, I was the one that dropped a DOHC 5.4 in my GT. It was a lot of fun, but hella-expensive. Lots of lessons learned. I'm also not a novice when it comes to tweaking my cars.
My question here is about the programming on these 'chips.' I have, left over from my stang, an EEC-Tuner. Even though it was not originally intended to be used with an EEC-V processor, it does work quite well. I used it to modify the fuel tables, spark tables, rev limiter, etc. on my stang.
Question (finally): What should I change in the programming of this F150? Spark advance, how much? Fuel tables? Auto tranny stuff? (I don't know much about the 4R70W other than it's a descent gear box.) Any suggestions would be appreciated.
