I was hoping you could answer a few quick questions for me on the 6.0 Diesel tuner 1704.
Is the R&D done on this tuner or are they still working on it?
I am specificaly refering to being able to make speedo corrections for tires or gears. I am sure you are aware the current 1704 does not allow for these corrections,how about in the future?
Will I be able to upgrade my current tuner in the future if this feature becomes available?

The 1704 Micro Tuner has been shipping for some time, and has always been the case for the diesels, there is no speedometer recalibration in the tuner - that is done via an outboard inline device.

Now they do want to have the speedo recalibration feature incorporated as soon as is reasonably possible, and they want to make that available as a firmware update, too - we're already doing speedo corrections for tire sizes & gear ratio changes on other Black Oak PCM's - so I don't doubt that all of that will happen. It's just too soon to say *when* that will happen just yet.
