it's be a long time since i have put a post on f-150 online.i spend all my time on ls1.com with my 98 T/A.well i drove my truck for the first time in a long time.it moved real good,but it seamed slow to me.then i found my chip in the g-box.i took it out to get some stuff done to my truck.well put it back in drove it all day.what a diff. it made.this was 3 weeks ago now so i have had it in for that long.i gained 1.5 mpg and a lot of power.i have a costom chip.i have a powerdyne,headers,exhaust,ported t-body,ingion,and ram air setup.i love this chip.i am going to run my truck at the track in apirl.the trans am goes to the track first.it runs a 12.34 in the 1/4.this year it should run a mid 11.i hope my truck runs a low 14 at least.it is a 97 4.6 ext cab 8 foot bed 4x4.well when i run i will post it. O i beat a new mustag with my truck,and yes it was a 4.6 gt.that is the only v8 i have raced.it was a 16 year old so he my have not had a good take off.i did stop to talk.he did pass me when we hit over 90 or so.but we were only racing to the next light and i won.hell with that see who will go the fastest.ponit a to b.truck are to big to be going 120 to 150.NOT THE SVT LIGHTING that is diff.
