The Superchip Eval
Well even if you don't want it I'm going to give you my evaluation of the Flip Chip Superchip.
The process began with this web site which was key to my purchasing the chip. This site is first and foremost and absolute must for anyone having a Ford period, let alone an F-150. This is definitely a very user-friendly environment, very professional and comprised of many great people with a variety of backgrounds. Mike Troyer is the best customer service representative that I've had the pleasure of dealing with thus far. He is friendly, spends a great amount of time with the customer and is a subject matter expert. The installation was easy and not very time consuming. I will say that the chip could probably be installed without taking the computer out of the truck, though I wouldn't advise it. The installation with the computer removed would facilitate a better installation due to an increase in workspace. When starting the truck for the first time I ran into no problems what so ever. As for performance. I am very satisfied! The difference is noticeable in acceleration, shifting and shift points. I also made a good decision going with the flip chip although more pricey I do have the option of fuel. The price I thought was a little high. But, this is probably due to the R&D that is inherent to this line of business and the fact that the market is a very narrow one to say the least. So in closing. The chip was a very satisfying purchase and absolutely out performs the other chips I have previously owned, i.e., J.E.T and Hypertech. Remember one thing! Have realistic expectations of the chip. This is a computer based performance modification and not a $3000.00 turbo system, Dart II heads, Crane Roller Cam and Rockers, etc. It is what it is! The biggest bang for the buck mod on the market.
To all of you thanks for your help.

I hate to say it, as I never like to boast more about one performance product over another...but the Superchip is the biggest bang for the buck out there...right now!
Very impressive product for sure!
