Question Question for Mike T.

Mike I have a 97 4x4 with the 4.6. I haven't put my superchip in yet because a friend of mine is getting a dyno up and running. I wanted to run before and after the chip. Down to my question: would I benifit from a custom chip? Mods: Dynomax headers, ASP underdrives, Borla cat-back, and an Airaid intake kit. If so what kind of gains could be expected from the custom program?

------------------
97 4X4 Flareside 4.6 5-Speed, Superchip, ASP underdrives, Airaid, Dynamax headers, Borla Cat-back, 5% Tint, 285/75/16, 16x8 Baha's, Rancho 9000's.

Soon to come:
3" body lift, 315/75/16 BFG KO's

Hi Ole Blue,

While a custom program is not a *requirement* for those mods, with the headers added to everything else we can do a custom program to help you get a bit more power from them.

Give us a shout and we can go over what your approximate power levels should be now, what we can add, etc., as well as the prodedure you need to use on the dyno to get the best before & after results with the Superchip, etc.
