Hi riotrob,

For pricing info on the Superchip Flip Chip, you can just shoot us an email, and we'll be happy to get you that info immediately. The Webmaster here has a policy of not discussing exact pricing issues here on the message boards, just so they stay clean of blatant commerical content, and it's worked very well.

Shoot us an email or give us a call if you like, either way we'll be happy to get you that info and any other info you may want, without any sales pitch.

Hi ilmagill,

The Flip Chip is a type of Superchip that has 2 chips inside instead of just one, and is able to store any 2 different programs. It has a 2-position switch attached, so you can flip the switch (hence it's name)to select which program the vehicle runs on.

This is primarily used by those who have a need for 2 different programs. For example, in drag racing, you can have on program for the street, and another to use with nitrous oxide.

In these big trucks, sometimes people will use them with one program for regular gas, and then the other program for premium gas, when they want maximum power. Or, you can have it stock in one program, and modified in the other.
