HEEELLLLP! Mike T.
Well Mike my dealership did it to me. Just got my truck back from the dealer (replaced a bad O2) and you guessed it--They reprogrammed my PCM. Wouldn't have known except that I found a sticker under the hood when I checked the oil. There is a string of numbers and letters on the sticker but none of the sequences looks like a code to me. The original code was JLD1. The sticker(it is handwritten) reads like this FBPF-12A650-EDA. Can you make heads or tails of this. Please let me know my next move as I know the chip will probably not work now. Thanks!

Mike just had to do the same for me. I gave him the same info you've just listed and he was able to determine the mods that had been made. I'm sure he can help you.

Hi Redeye,
Well it took some doing because you apparently mis-read that number, it's F8PK, not FBPF, just so you'll know.
Since they are written in by hand, it's an easy mistake to make!
Your new computer code is now IRK0 (the last digit is "zero"), and that is what you need to have your Superchip re-flashed to.
Just shoot us another email or give us a call, and we'll help you make the arrangements so we can get you back up and running with your Superchip!
