I tried calling you yesterday, got your voicemail so I left a message.
As long as that vehicle has the EEC-V PCM, then yes, the 9100 can be programmed for it. Basically, the 9100 custom Micro Tuners can be programmed for use on *any* 1996-2005 FoMoCo vehicle using the EEC-V PCM.
Of course we'll need to know the computer code of that van, so when you get a chance, snag the van's code & give us a call with that info, & we can let you know just what we can do for it.
