I was wanting to know how much a Superchip would cost, with the Modifications that I have done so far(check my signature). I plan on having the TB by the time I order it from you.

Please contact us privately for that info, as the Webmaster prefers that we not discuss exact pricing issues here on the message boards, to keep them "clean" of blatant commercial content, and it's a very good policy.
I can tell you that custom programming is a flat fee of $125 in addition to the cost of the "standard" Superchip for your vehicle's computer code, just to give you a rough idea. That covers the cost of doing all the changes needed for your Eaton blower, headers, and everything else, so it will be fully dialed-in. That truck is going to be a screamer for it's weight, what a great vehicle! You're going for the Brembo's eh? Very, very nice.
We'll need to get you our custom program order worksheet for you to fill out, as it goes over all of the modifications in detail. We can fax or mail that to you, mail is probably better since it's a detailed form.
Just give us a shout by voice or email, and we'll go over this with you and get you all set up.

Also, how fast can you mod a chip and ship it to me? Whats the fastest way to ship and how much? I'm in Osgood,IN.

Many things!
First, we taylor both the spark advance and fuel curves specifically for your Magnuson supercharger setup. You are going to pick up some additinoal horsepower from this custom program, roughly about 20 more horses peak.
Your automatic transmission is going to feel much better, as we will remove the shift delays, transitional spark retards, and increae line pressure a bit. The end result is you will have less slippage, firmer and quicker shifting. You will also notice that some other aspects of driveability are improved, such as removing the downshift delays, etc. And of course your top speed limiter will be removed as well.
Basically, you're going to see all the benefits that you've been reading about from everyone else here with their Superchips. The only difference is we'll be doing a custom program for your engine to compensate for your supercharger.
The turn-around time on custom programs for Magnuson superchargers is darn near the same day right now, as Superchips has worked very closely with Magnuson on this, and knows exactly what to do for each Ford vehicle they are installed on.

We can do this very quickly, and sure, we can just FAX over the custom order worksheet to you, so you don't have to wait on the mail. Depending on what time of day we get your order, and what else has to be done for your other mods of course, we can sometimes get those custom programs for the Magnuson superchargers out the same day. Usually custom supercharger programs take 7-10 days to get back, but for the Magnuson supercharger kit we can make the changes needed for the blower itself very quickly, so those programs are able to be done much more quickly in terms of turn-around time.
Now as far as absolute time frames, remember that Superchips is going to be closed Monday July 3rd and Tuesday July 4th for Independence Day. If we got the order this morning, we might have been able to ship out today. Given the holiday, this will just depend on how quickly you get the information back to us.

Next day? Yep, that's what they told me! Let's see, I sent mine to Superchips on Thursday June 22. Next day air, mind you ($20 extra). I called today to check on the status of my order. IT'S STILL SITTING ON SOME GUY'S DESK!!! And there's two others ahead of mine! Can you tell I'm getting real happy now? I don't have a problem waiting for work to be done. I DO have a problem with people that say one thing and do another! I sure am glad I wasted the extra money to get it there overnight! That sure expedited the process! NOT!

Dealing directly with the manufacturer is fine, but dealing with us, you don't need to send in your Superchip until the program is *done*, and ready to be loaded. That way delays can't happen.
