Thumbs up SHAZAAAAAAAAMMMM!!!

Holy Cow Pies!!! I could barely explain it to my wife when I got home.....couldn't stop smiling! She told me to quit being goofy and tell her how it went!

WOW - Shifting MUCH nicer, Power MUCH better in all ranges, Overall well worth it!

The installation wasn't that tough, THANKS to everybody here who posted ton's of great info and of course Mike T. who gave patient and detailed instructions. Had to remove the whole battery to get to the 10mm bolt and wiring harness, but no big deal because I knew from the posts I might have to remove it. Cleaning the computer contacts wasn't that tough and the truck fired right up, used cotton swabs with alcohol and a glasses repair screwdriver - no sweat - just take your time!

It's a little wet out here tonight and it was dark after I got it installed so my 15 minute test run was pretty tame - but you can really tell the improvement! Gotta run errands tomorrow and will get to drive it some more under regular conditions, then towing the Jet Skiis to the lake for the holiday weekend and will really get to see the difference! I'll post the results.

I feel like a 10 year old with a new bike! HOT DAMN!

Hey Lone Wolf,
By the looks of your sig, your truck is almost the same as mine except yours is a Lariat. You have one sharp ride man!

I was thinking of camping out in the dealers lot untill it came but then I would have gotten fired from work

Do you have a tonneau cover for yours?

Just got back from the lake and couldn't wait to fire up the computer to post the results...much, much, better!

Don't know if anyone is familiar with HWY 15 here in CA to Nevada, but they don't call it "High Desert" for nothing! There are some serious grades that seem like they are never going to end and its up and down from San Bernadino to Vegas.....the truck handled awesome! It was like I wasn't even towing the jet skiis - My truck is a 4x4 and already a little heavier.....overdrive off, turning 3,800 - 4,000 RPM accelerating at 70-75 MPH passing semi's and goofballs in cars that don't understand how difficult it can be to tow on grades sometimes with no problems....A/C on (the wife was cold!) and when we towed back it was 12:30 p.m. in Baker CA and 104 degrees out......these things truly are Ford Tough and the chip only makes them TOUGHER!

Hi MAK 3,

I've been watching on the Weather Channel about the record heat out there in the West for this time of year, 104 degrees, WOW! I saw some temps of as high as 108 I forget where, that's a lot of heat for this time of year!

Glad to hear everything went smooth, that's how it should be.
