Cool VAAARRROOOOOOOOMMM!!!!!!!!

Thanks a ton Mike. Install..45 min...no problems at all. Chip runs great. I can't wait to get my exhaust so the chip and the FIPK can really breath. Boy the research and advice here really made the install simple. It was almost like I had done it before.

It's a "chip" off the old block.

Hi Jolly Green,

Congratulations on your install, excellent! Here at F-150 Online we are all lucky to have a lot of people who have worked to make installation & advice easier, Chris Duke, Nomo, and others have been willing to devote time to helping a lot of people by putting a lot of picture and descriptions up on their web sites. To say nothing of all the people that help out here in this section, it's a pretty friendly bunch!

Say, I noticed in your signature line that you installed 80/100 watt headlamps. I did too, running 4 of them in my Mark 8. Did you install a wiring harness to take the load off your headlamp switch, I'm just curious? I did, or I should say I had it installed, with 30 amp circuit breakers wired directly to the battery to insure all 4 lamps get full power, and the load is taken off the headlamp switch. The Autolamp feature still works just fine. Since you have 2 headlamps instead of 4, it probably isn't quite a much of a concern on your vehicle, but I was just curious to see if you had a harness installed too.

Have a great Memorial Day weekend,

Cool

No I didn't install any harness. Frankly I didn't even think about it. Had my dual exhaust installed today so that chip and FIPK can really breath now. I just wish I had somewhere to go now.

Hi Jolly Green,

Well, you've made your mods pretty quickly, congrats!

That's a nice truck the way you've fixed it up, I imagine you're enjoying it much more now. Too much rain here to go cruising, lots of storms all across the mid-west & mid-atlantic this weekend, argh.....
