Flip Chip?
Could somebody please clear up the difference between a regular Superchip and the "flip Chip"? What exactly is the difference? Is there a price difference also?

Dear CR1,
Sure! Both are Superchips; the FLip CHip though, is basically 2 complete Superchips in one package, and has the ability to store any 2 different programs. It has a pre-wired 2-position switch attached to it, so you can select which program you're running on by literally flipping the switch, and hence, it's name.
The Flip Chip is a more expensive product of course, as it holds 2 programs, and, the Flip Chip also includes any custom programming fees, whereas the "standard" single-program Superchip does not. The Webmaster here on F150online prefers for us not to discuss exact product pricing here on the message boards, so for those exact numbers, please feel free to contact us by phone or email, and we'll be happy to get you that specific information immediately. Our email address & phone number are just below in my signature line for your convenience, and we ask that you include your year, make, model, & engine when you email us, so we'll know exactly which information applies to your vehicle, please.
Good luck with your truck,
