Chip installed......results in...
well....the jet chip i ordered hasnt made it yet....but i bought the superchip and installed it this weekend even if it was 0 degrees here in maine!! anyhow, on to the results.....at first i noticed the trans thing...but it kept coming out of overdrive when i let off the gas....man i was mad!!....then after about 5 miles it quit and starting acting right....i had 1/4 tank of 87 still in so naturally i got spark noise....so i just drove easy until i ran out the gas and switched to 93 texaco at 1.68$ a gal here!! well i was impressed in every thing it does...it snowed 12 inches over night so i havent had a chance to really check her out!! but every little dry spot when i punched it ...it went!!! thanx for everything Mike T..the Jet chip wont get unwrapped, just shipped back..even though i would like to compare them i dont want to take a chance on not being able to return it...

Dear FasFreddy,
Congrats on getting your Superchip installed in such cold weather, 0 degrees, ouch!
Hopefully it will thaw out up there a bit so you can really have some fun with it. But in the meantime, the nice thing about the Superchip is that it works *all* the time, so it's a nice improvement to overall driveability, even if you can't get down on it really hard just yet.
Have fun up there in the cold, and be careful!
