Dear Offroader99,
Sure!
You can find your computer code, which will be 3 letters and a number, on a sticker in the passenger door frame, in between the door hinges. You probably should also check your paperwork on the engine replacement to see if it sdays that your computer was reflashed, or ECU reprogrammed, etc., as that sometimes does happen with an engine change, but not often. Actually, anytime your ECU is reprogrammed by your dealership, they are required by Federal emissions laws to place what is called a "Notice of Modification" sticker under the hood in a prominent location, so that any future technician will know right away. It's 2" X 3", and they will write in exactly what they did. It can either be a Ford part number, or they will sometimes write in the actual calibration code.
You might want to give me a call on this, so I can go over all this with you, it's easier than it sounds!

Thanks for the info Mike. The engine was just installed last week so I guess that its best to wait for some brake in miles before I order. I see the sticker in the passenger door. None under the Hood. I will ck the paper work
That's a good idea, we generally recommend getting 500 miles on a new vehicle or new engine, just to make sure everything is fine, and nothing still needs attention after the installation.
Good luck, and give me a shout if we can help!
