I'm trading my truck for a Explorer and need to sell my Superchip. The computer code is AAT4. The chip is in mint condition. I'm asking $150.00 + $5.00 shipping.

 

An AAT4 code is for a 1999 Ford F-150 4.2 V-6 automatic, so any of you V-6 guys looking for a bargain on a Superchip, check your computer codes, and see if you just happen to have a code of AAT4. If so, you can pick up on a great bargain here, that's a great price!

Dear Noles,

Yes, we sure do make Superchips for the Explorers! And, we make them for all 3 different available engines, the 160 hp old-style 4.0 V-6, the newer SOHC 205 & 210 hp V-6, and of course for the 5.0 V-8 Explorers too. Just check your computer code, and give me a call! The computer for the 1995 & later Explorer is mounted in a recess at the top of the firewall, so that most of the computer is hidden in it's hole in the firewall. It's held in by a couple of nuts, remove those and slide it out, very simple! The code sticker should be on the firewall near the computer, as always, it should be 3 letters and a number.
