No, you're not the *only* one, but there are far more ZZT4's than there are ZZT3's. That series of codes is used only in the 1999 5.4 automatic F-150's. The ZZT3 code was one of the earlier codes for that year, and wasn't around very long before ZZT4 came out.

The TBL2 code is a 1997 4.6 automatic F-150, with the California emissions package. And a YBQ3 is a 1999 F-150 4.6 automatic.
