Post Happy Turkey Day!

We would like to wish *everyone* here at F150online, it's participants & webmaster, the happiest of Thanksgiving holidays.

Personally, I'm going to be stuffing my face with turkey & my wife's cheesecake!

Everyone who is traveling this week, please take extra precautions & allow plenty of time to get where you're going.

Superchips Inc. will be closed on Thursday and Friday in celebration of the Thanksgiving holiday, and will re-open as usual on Monday at 8:30 am Eastern.

We here at Performance Products will be closed on Thursday, but will be open on Friday, as usual.

Our bests to all,

Dear RED-ONE,

Looking at your signature line and all the goodies you've got on your truck, I'd say the view in your driveway would be something else to be happy about! Sounds like a nice truck you have there.

Stuff your face, & keep it between the ditches this week!

Fast & cphillip,

Thanks, and you guys enjoy yourselves!

Another quick thought about our Webmaster, Steve Eppinger. This year has seen many changes for Steve and his wife, and on top of everything else, he has managed to devote the time that has been required to make this site what it is. What a job he's done for all of us, and free of charge, I might add. Congratulations and thanks to Steve for providing this place for us to hang out!

Dear 54regcab,

I wish I could send everyone some of my wife's homemade cheesecake! For those who love cheesecake, and who have never made one at home, there is no comparison to what you get in any store, except perhaps Lindy's in New York City.

Preparing to stuff,

Lightbulb

Mike tell me about it.
When my wife makes it I can't wait for it to "set" so I can proceed to eat 1/2 of it all by myself in one sitting.
NO comparision to that store bought crap.
Sorry but once you've had homemade no other cheesecake is worth eating.
Cheesecake has a maximum life of 24hrs in my house.
I'll never get sick of it.
It's Soooooo Good

Mike My Old (heavy emphasis there) Friend,

I really hope you have a great Thanksgiving. We really do need to get together soon. I can be bribed into flying across the country for a piece of homemade cheesecake....

All the best to you Mike, and to all you 'Effie' fans out there. Drive carefully this weekend - there are some really funny drivers out there.

Dear 54regcab,

You said it all just perfectly! Homemade cheesecake has a completely different texture, much fresher, and you'll never know the experience if you don't have it homemade, period.

Because it has to bake so long for certain lengths of times at differing temperatures, I prefer to let it cool for at least 12 hrs at room temp, then another 12 hrs. in the refrigerator, to let it firm up enough without shrinking at the edges.

Cheesecake ruled around here yesterday. Though my wife will never see this, thanks honey!

Dear Tom,

You rascal, we sure do have to get together! We'll be happy to make a cheesecake anytime, if it'll bring you all the way from your coast to ours!

We had a great Thanksgiving, still haven't recovered. Such problems........
