Arrow HERE WE GO AGAIN! ANOTHER CHIP SALE.

Well, I did it. I went out and bought a cowboy Cadillac. Traded in the ‘99 XLT 4.2 for a ‘00 Lariat 5.4 with tow package. Time to sell the old Bronco. Enough of that, this post is to present for your buying pleasure, one SUPERCHIP code AAT3 for $150. Worked great in the 4.2 (you to can out run your buddy's stock 4.6), but the old ‘99 wasn't set for towing. Anyone interested post here or e-mail me at:
rmarietta@sprintmail.com
or both. Thanks all.

One last post for the old signature before retiring.

Wow, you traded in your 1999 for a 2000 5.4 Lariat with the towing package? So soon?!? That's just the F-150 that I would have, I'll bet the sticker was up there, 32K or more probably!

Anyone driving a V-6 with that code would be well advised to pick up on that bargain! Anytime you can pick up a used Superchip for that kind of price, you've made a great deal.

Best of luck with your new truck,

Maybe I can call Superchip and tell them my computer was re-burned to a XXZ1!!!!
You don't think Mike will read this and turn us in do you? Sorry you couldn't use
my chip. I know you would love the results. Just have to bite the bullet (living in Miami
too long) and order one from Mike, (and you too will be eating stock 4.6 for lunch, dinner
and in between meal snacks).

Mike (Mr Superchips_Distributor),

The trade was sudden, but I just couldn't see keeping the ‘90 Bronco (only 45,000 miles like showroom new) just to tow my boat. Now I'll be able to garage the wife's Grand Prix
and Lash (what the wife calls the Lariat). As for cost Mike, you too can own a Cowboy
Cadillac for only $29,715. Traded the 4.2 with 7k miles plus $7k and got to keep all
add-on goodies minus the side window cover (afterwards found out no one liked them!).
I'll tell you what though, it'll take more than 7k miles to figure out all the goodies and ginger bread on this thing. I still think leather in a truck is like a screen door in a submarine! I do a lot of salt water sports, and wonder how well they will hold up. (Sounds like a new thread in Other Body Parts). And by the way mike, I did enjoy the chip for the short time I used it.

Those big full-size Broncos are great for towing, etc. Your had only 45k miles on it and it was a 1990? Sounds like it was a very nice vehicle that you took excellent care of. I guess you traded it in too, right?

I don't know how well your new leather is going to stand up to exposure to salt water, I would guess not very well! Ford leather seats tend to lose their color with any constant friction areas. I would probably keep some top-shelf leather cleaner and conditioner stuff handy, if you expect to have salt water hit your leather. I'd be interested to hear your results with the leather & salt water. We've never really had any problems with Ford's leather interiors, except for the color rubbing off in areas of high friction, unless it's black.

Sounds like you got a good price for your "Cowboy Cadillac"! A buddy of mine who is an F&I mgr at a Ford store showed me his demo a few months ago, it waqs a 5.4 Lariat, and man, that thing was literally like looking into a Cadillac or something, very luxurious! That's how I would want my F-150 too, but it's too steep for my budget at this time. Maybe next year, I'm still thinking about a Lightning, but I don't think I can live with the short cab.

At any rate, congrats on your beautiful new truck!
