Should I reset the Stock Chip?
I always do anyway. Turn on the ignition with the battery off to discharge all circuits.

Is this something we should all do after a mod? I just assummed that the comp would figure it out after a few thousand miles. I went to straight exhausts a while back with no mufflers...maybe i should reset..Guess it can't hurt.

Disconnecting the battery is a tuner's trick on computer controlled vehicles, anytime you make a change. It forces the computer to go thru it's relearn process immediately, so it's always a good idea to do a disconnect anytime you install any performance part, to let the computer immediately relearn with the new parts in place. Is it absolutely necessary? Not at all, it's just a technique to get better *immediate* results, and I always do it myself.
