Cool I'm back 2

How ironic the subject I was going to post was already taken! I too have been away on business for a couple of weeks. What have I missed! (I'll go looking tonite). As for me...
I did finally get my F1 Hood from American Auto Designs and it is being painted (2 tone) hope to have it installed by Wednesday. Guess I'll have to add new pics to web site. Hope everyone has been well.

cableguy,
Like the web site. Your truck looks great! I just have one question for you, When you lowered your truck, what brand did you use, and how much did it cost? I have been thinking about lowering my truck.

Wynjammer,

Glad to see your back. When you say your going to do a two tone on the F1 hood, what do you mean? I see that your truck is white with the silver bottom, I'm guessing your going to go with something that is associated with that. Also what do you think of the hood?

I am pleased with the hood so far. As for the two tone ... I am having the inlet wells painted silver with the small grill behind black and the rest of the hood white. Hope it looks good. It was a little more money than I should have paid after hood, sanding. painting but....in for a dime in for a dollar!

Fordman99 - I used Aim Industries 2"/4" ( but the front actually came down three inches). Used hangers and shackles for the rear and coils up front. Total cost which also included shocks was - $232 This also included new bumpstops and zerks for the shackles.
Fast - you hurt my feelings I know I've used it alot but it does look nice. So I'll help ya out here's another one.

Cableguy,
Thanks for the info! I just have one more question. Are you still running the stock tires? Or did you have to go down in tire size?

Fordman99, yep these are stock tires, they come with the "Sport" pkg. I plan on going to 18x8.5 rims and 295/50/zr18, as soon as possible.

Hey Wynjammer!

Good to see you're back! I've been "gone" awhile myself, since late last week, I just couldn't get onto the boards, no time. Went into withdrawal.

Later,
