computer chip/IAT sensor location

computer chip/IAT sensor location
i bought a MOD chip off ebay and for installation i have to locate the IAT sensor. I dont wanna mess up so help me locate that?.... any diagram or something like that would help. its on a 4.2L v6 si thanks!
