Mike, is there an all out performance burn available for the regular superchip? I don't do any towing. I may need a reburn in a month or so. I plan on adding headers, a y pipe, 2 magnaflow converters, and a 3" I/O single muffler. I will also be picking up your fans and pullies and I'll be pretty much out of mods. How far over a stock program can you go?
Thanks, You and Anita are the best.

Hi Shrike,

Well, kinda-sorta, but not really - maybe.

There is a program we have for non-towing applications that we can provide in the single-bank 1100 module - so from *that* standpoint, yes, I suppose you could say there is.

However, with your current & proposed mods, what I'd *really* like to do is to put you on a new 4-bank style of chip, where we can get further into that PCM's program (the 1996 thru 1998 PCM's are 2-bank, but ther are some things in that other bank that will help performance further) and do more things that will enhance performance even further than what can be done in the single-bank type of chip. Now that is not *required* by any means, those YSL2's can be made to go open loop in that single-bank chip - it's just that for *maximum* performance, I can really kick that thing into high gear (so to speak) by doing a more thorough tune in the newer 4-bank style of chip or the new 3-custom-tune Micro Tuners.

The best thing to do is to give us a call & I can go over all of this with you - we need to look up your info, see exactly which file you have in that chip, when you got it, etc., as then I can tell you just how much more performance can be had with an in-depth max performance custom tune on it, versus whether or not we can make any further improvements to what you already have, so you would really have all the info appropriate to making that kind of decision.

Talk to you soon!
