Hi AC,
I don't know of any *good* products currently shipping for the 6.0 PSD's, but we will be shipping the Superchips Micro Tuner for them here in the not too distant future.
The 6.0 PSD's & the 2004 F-150's have new PCM's (the newer ptech computers for powertrain mgmt.), and they both also have networks on board that the previous 7.3L PSD & the pre-2004 F-150's did not - this is why the R&D is taking some time. The 6.0 PSD & the 2004 F-150 which require what's called a "CAN Flasher" to reprogram the PCM. The CAN flasher is in R&D right now, and things are going well with it, so it shouldn't be too much longer for the 2003 & 2004 6.0 PSD tuning that all you new 6.0 PSD owners are waiting for!
