MikeT. or ? PCM code.
MikeT. or others that might know.
Last I looked MicroTuner not aval. for 6L. PSD. Maybe in future?
Even if currently aval. my questions is...do i need to submit the PCM code# like I did for s.chip w/my old 99 4.6L?
If so, where would I find code # that is needed.? There is no sticker on the door jambs etc. For a 03 6L PSD a/t.
TIA.....OT

Update...
Found PCM. Its mounted (between) drivers side battery/fender.
Sticker has two #'s. The top darker colored # is: FFM8 Below this # in much lighter colored # DPU 322. I assume FFM 8 is code.
I believe the "FICM" also has a code #. Is that needed?
Thinking about future changes.

Hi OT,
You don't need to worry about the computer code, as it won't be needed - just like it isn't needed for any other Micro Tuner application, as the Micro Tuners have *all* the possible codes built-in, and automatically match the program uploaded to each vehicle's PCM code in the background. The code is only needed for the traditional Superchip modules, which cannot be used on the new Ptech PCM's.
The Micro Tuner for the 6.0 PSD is not shipping yet - Superchips has had concerns due to the very large problem with injectors leaking 15-20 gallons of diesel fuel into the crankcase, and doesn't want Ford trying to deny a warranty claim over this issue that is a known design flaw on the Micro Tuner - so they have not been in any hurry to release it.
They will be doing the 2004 F-150 first, and then the 6.0 PSD's - and that won't be too long. If you want to get on our list to be notified automatically when they will be shipping, shoot us an email to sales@troyerperformance.com & we'll email you automatically.
