No radio reception with SUPERCHIP... HELP
Mike - Ever since installling your Superchip flip chip in my 2002 Lightning, I have had no reception on my radio. If I unplug the chip, everything is fine. What can be done to correct this? I spoke with Anita about it, and she said that she could send a new chip with shielded wires. That's fine by me, but she wants me to send my chip back, and then once she recieves it, then she will send out the new one. How am I supposed to drive without the chip? The truck has too many modifications to run on the street in unchipped mode. Anita gave me a return number, but that does me no good. What I need is:
(A) Send me new chip, and I will send old one back
(B) Send me new chip and put a core charge of some sort on the old one until you recieve it back.
Wouldn't this seem to make the most sense? I have purchased many parts from you and was a little concerned that I wasn't being helped out in this matter.
PLEASE HELP AS I REALLY WANT TO LISTEN TO THE RADIO AGAIN.

Sounds like you & I need to talk, and quickly!
As you may or may not already know, the rules of F-150 Online require any matters that are of a nature that is between vendor & customer (such as order status, Tech Support, etc.) must be conducted privately, off these message boards.
