Question Best Chip???

Which chip is the best for this setup:
2003 5.4L with ATI Procharger 8-9 PSI and a Gibson Supertruck exhaust?

It would be nice to switch between programs also. I heard diablo is nice but i dont know anything about them. I want more power by changing shift points and all that.

Thanks

Hi Falcon,

It's not a matter of "who's got the best chip," as the hardware really doesn't matter. It's the *tuning* that matters, the software inside the chip, and any competent tuner can tune that vehicle.

In terms of who has the most experience doing this, hands down it's Superchips, here at Performance Products Inc./Troyer Performance, we have provided the tuning for literally hundreds upon hundreds of F-150's with superchargers added, everything from ATI to Vortech to Powerdyne, Magnachargers, Holley Thunder, you name it.

The ATI has a tendency to get a lean "hump" from the mid 2000's up for the next 800-1200 rpm or when using their FMU setup with the stock injectors, and that does need to be corrected in addition to all the other work to be done. Getting the shift points & characteristics taken care off, various delays & retards optimized, etc., there's a good bit going on there.

You'll need to give us a call to go over your exact configuration, and we can easily do a nice Flip Chip for you so you can instantly switch back and forth between programs. We can set you up so you can still do towing if you need to, and then a full performance program on the other side. Or, no towing and a stronger performance tune for the street, and then an all-out drag strip program on the other side, etc. Whatever is required for you to be able to operate your vehicle however you intend to, we can take care of.

Our contact info is listed just below for your convenience, give us a call & we'll be happy to go over everything with you!
