Take a look at our web site over at www.TroyerPerformance.com in both the Ignition (spark plugs) sections and in the Pulleys sections, and you'll see we provide a lot of specific information on what heat range of plugs to use in the Denso's. We also carry them & available for ordering right there online.
I run a 6 lb. lower and a 2 lb. upper, running 17 PSI boost, and I run the IT-20. Of course, my tuning is dead on the money, so I can run that hot a plug (which is 1 heat range colder than stock) and still drag race, etc.
I don't know what's going on in your chip's program, so to be safe, you could run the IT-22's, they are another heat range colder than the IT-20's, so at that point you are 2 full heat ranges colder than stock. That's *plenty* cold for the plugs.
Make sure to gap them very carefully, run the IT-22's at not more than .032 with the stock ignition.
Good luck!
