Thumbs up Troyer Performance customer svc

Hey Mike,

Just wanted to give you guys a thumbs up.

Ordered a MicroTuner, and UPS lost it for a couple of days. I called your company on Monday and asked the lady (I'm sorry I don't know her name) to initiate the trace. TEN minutes later she called me and gave the the location of the package. She was very nice and professional.

It ended up being 4 days late (UPS fault, not yours) but it was located.

That's why I decided to go through your company because of your good reputation here.

Thanks !!

BTW, I need to burn up 1/2 tank of gas before I can load the program

Thanks for your post!

I took a look at that trace myself, and it looks like UPS was indeed a bit late, there was also a weekend involved as well.

I didn't know you had talked with one of our staff, so I answered your email today & you'll probably see that later on. It's a good thing you called as with our email load, it can take 1-2 weeks to get a response back from us in email so by then, the shipment is usually already delvered, so thanks for calling!
