Gone for 2003 Lightning R&D sessions!!!
Hello All,
Just so everyone will know, as some have seen us discussing over the past couple of weeks, we are commencing our 2003 Lightning R&D sessions on Monday, February 3rd, thus I am leaving today for Florida.
We are meeting one of our customers (03LightninRocks), who is bringing in his bone-stock 2003 Lightning all the way from Texas for this lengthy R&D thrash session. We will be doing dyno & other testing for the purposes of tuning and other R&D, and will be tracking this thru each stage of modification. We will be doing numerous modifications to the vehicle, precisely tuning for each different configuration, so that we can provide proper tuning for 2003 Lightnings in virtually any stage of modification once we're thru, just as we always have for all previous model years of 1st & 2nd generation Lightnings.
These sessions will last all of next week, at a minimum, I will be there to supervise the modifications, testing, etc. sessions. During this time, our staff will be here at the office as usual to handle the phones during our normal hours, and then I will be back and personally available again as of Monday the 10th. All orders will ship as normal during this time.
One thing of important note is that while I am gone, there will be no emails answered, as I still answer each and every email personally, and this cannot be done during this R&D period. So those of you emailing us, please understand that we will be behind in email for this time. Currently, we have answered all emails that were sent to us as of 1/27/03, & *some* of the emails we received on 1/28, but all emails received by us after about 9am on 1/28 will not be answered until after I return on Febuary 10th. So please keep this in mind, and remember that anything you need to communicate with us about during this period of time will need to be done by calling us. Our phone contact info is below of course. As I mentioned, our staff will be here normal hours as usual, and I can be reached in the event of an emergency within a few hours. I will be returning mostly the emergency calls this next week so we can get our R&D done ( though I will take a call any time I can of course), just be prepared to not have quick access to me personally this next week. Thanks in advance to all of you for your understanding on this, we know you appreciate what it takes to stay on top of these vehicles.
See you soon!!
