Your the man! I like! So which one are you more partial to? Just curious.
I see you've got some goodies on you Ultra Classic already, too. I just returned from a couple hours of riding. We just have to duck and dodge the rain clouds.

LOL, well my wife was looking over my shoulder reading your question, and she said "I had better be the first one you are partial to"..lol As far as the bike or Truck. That is hard. I will have to say in the winter months..The truck, over 55. deg...the bike..LOL It must be nice being able to ride in the winter. I have riden mine to work in the 30 deg range but that was with no snow on the ground. Now we have snow on the ground and makes it a little hard to ride.....Then it starts melting durring the day and re-freezes at night so she stays covered in the garage.
Well, fast enough is a relative term..lol It is fast, but compaired to a Lightning, no. I plan on adding a few mods as soon as I can find a dyno shop that can burn me a flip chip to work with what I have planned. Just finding one in the area with a good tech who also can match the chip to my applications is the problem...I may be instore for a drive to have it done right
Hi ecm747x,
Thanks for the pics & for calling, it was a pleasure (as usual) getting a chance to speak with you at length.
The harley model is 600 lbs. heavier and 40 HP "lighter" as compared to the Lightning, but it's still a formidable truck and very responsive to modifications. It's the ultimate Ford truck.
Speaking of which, your's will be running stonger here very shortly!

Mike,
Yes it will...he he he, Can't wait to get the mods done. These should help my highway m.p.g. as well, as long as my foot stays out of it. I also want to put a hard bed cover on and that should help as well. Looking for that now. Have a good year Mike and everyone else on the boards. It was a pleasure talking to you again as well, and hope to meet up with you face to face sometime this summer.....

Hi Eric,
Yes, the electric fan kit should give you a nice mpg gain, we've always gotten a nice mpg gain on every vehicle of ours, including our 550+ HP Lightning. The electric fan conversion seems to be worth about 1.0 mpg on the higher-powered supercharged 5.4's, with a few people setting as much as 2.0 on the Lightning, and as much as 2.5 mpg on the non-Lightning F-150's.
Anything to keep that wind off the tailgate will be a plus to both mileage *and* performance. A hard cover usually weights about 150-200 lbs, so that usually turns out to be a wash mpg-wise in most cases. For best performance & mileage, something like a lighter LeBra setup (like comes from the factory on the Lightning) would be the absolute best bet, though it won't give you the locking security for the bed that a hard cover would, of course, it's much lighter, weighing maybe 20 lbs. tops in total (basically, 1/10th what a hard lid will weigh), and will keep the wind off that tailgate, thus help ET's & mpg. Best of luck whatever you decide on that!
Have fun & Happy New Year!
