I purchased their Edge Programmer a few weeks back and for some reason USPS would not drop it off without a signature. He did not make that a requirement when shipping it, but did keep steady comms with me for status updates to ensure it was delivered/picked up. He even provided shipping status pm's and mentioned he would provide assistance with using the programmer once installed. Good seller and I look forward to playing around with the Edge.
